We had a great stay with a very comfortable room, a well-designed layout, and an amazing breakfast spread with plenty of options. I'd definitely come back!

The heated pool was also a highlight, providing a fun environment for family relaxation. However, a serious issue arose with overbooking. I was given a different room type despite confirming my reservation, leaving me frustrated with the management's lack of response and resolution on-site. Overall, some improvements in customer service handling would make a significant difference.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed featured ample space, making it a comfortable retreat. The USB and electrical outlets conveniently located near the bed and desk were a significant plus for any tech necessities.

Unfortunately, the bathroom lighting left a lot to be desired—applying makeup was a challenge due to the insufficient brightness. Also, the access to fresh towels was irritating. having to retrieve them myself after a long day wasn't ideal, especially knowing that room cleaning required a minimum three-night stay. The lounge closed on weekends felt like a missed opportunity when many travelers want a drink after a long week. Lastly, the TV could use an upgrade—a larger screen in the king studio would really enhance the viewing experience.

It was a proper fit for a short weekend trip in Baytown with good value for money. The lounge area was great for playing board games and relaxing after a long day. For a better experience, check out the pool facilities.

Family needs a good space

The shower being in a separate room from the toilet was a total game changer for me and my family and those spacious rooms allowed us all to spread out comfortably and not feel cramped.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly for what we got it was still acceptable.
